JupiterOne Subprocessors
As of September 2025
JupiterOne uses certain Subprocessors to assist in providing JupiterOne platform services to customers. A Subprocessor is a third-party company engaged by JupiterOne to process Customer Personal Data:
- on behalf of JupiterOne’s customers
- in accordance with Customer’s instructions as communicated by JupiterOne
- in strict accordance with the terms of a written contract between JupiterOne and the Subprocessor
JupiterOne has entered into Standard Contractual Clauses with its Subprocessors, which is the legal basis for applicable cross-border data transfer.
Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the JupiterOne Platform Data Processing Addendum or other separate processing agreement between JupiterOne and Customer, as applicable.
